The deliverable is a written assessment with strategic recommendations and a detailed implementation strategy in the following competencies:

Self-serve – Free

Guided In-house Implementation - $4,400

Implementation is done by your staff and guided by our experts. This package includes 40 hours of expert guidance at $110/hr. While you’re welcome to allocate this time in any manner you see fit, our recommendation is that we have an initial 8-hour guidance session followed by eight 4-hour sessions spaced out evenly over your implementation timeframe (i.e. if you have a 4-month timeframe, there would be a 4-hr guidance session every two weeks). 50% payment for the complete package is due upfront, with the remaining balance due 30-days into the project. Additional expert assistance is available on an as-needed basis at a consulting rate of $110/hr, billed in quarter hour increments.

Fully Outsourced Implementation - $3,400/mo
(for 6 months typically)

This package is a fully outsourced plan. You just give the nod to the different tactical implementation strategies we recommend and our experts and staff step in to handle the implementation. This package includes 80 hours of work each month - 10% expert time at a rate of $110/hr and 90% staffer time at a rate of $35/hr. While this is the recommended fully-outsourced implementation effort (and our minimum package), higher intensity implementations are available upon request. Payment is due monthly upfront. The scope of work performed is tailored to each client’s specific needs. The deliverable includes a monthly status report.
